Safety is our top priority. We have secure entry points, conduct regular safety drills, and maintain a low child-to-staff ratio. All staff members are trained in emergency procedures.
We provide daily reports that highlight your child's activities, meals, and any notable milestones or concerns. Additionally, we encourage open communication through emails, phone calls, and scheduled parent-teacher meetings.
To ensure the health of all children, we have a policy that requires sick children to stay at home until they are no longer contagious. We follow strict hygiene practices to minimize the spread of illness within the daycare.
In addition to tuition fees, the government permits childcare centers including Kids Connection Childcare to offer enhanced childcare services for a supplemental fee. This option enables our centres to continue providing comprehensive, child-centred, and holistic programs that benefit your children.
All our staff members are required to have a background in early childhood education, and they undergo regular training and certifications in areas like CPR and first aid..
We believe in positive reinforcement and redirection. We have a clear set of rules, and our staff works closely with children to encourage good behavior. Open communication with parents is also key in addressing any concerns.
Our daily schedule includes a balance of activities such as free play, structured learning, outdoor play, snacks and nap time. We aim to provide a well-rounded experience for your child. Our classrooms are set up with many open-ended activities to challenge each learner at their level. The beauty is that each and every child will grow tremendously no matter what skills they come into our program with.
